Our mission and values

Our mission is to bring water and dignity to the poorest people of rural Rajasthan. We support and promote the efficient and equitable management of water at local level. We believe that water is the key to enabling communities to improve their levels of education, health and livelihood.

Human rights Our work is based on the conviction that everyone should have access to: water, food and shelter good hygiene and sanitation education healthcare participation in decision-making

Justice We are committed to social justice, with a special focus on the poorest and most marginalised people.

Ecology We are committed to ecological principles and practice.

Equality We are committed to supporting people regardless of their religion, race, caste or gender. We seek to uphold principles of equality among our trustees, staff, volunteers and partners, in the UK and in India.
